Tips For Your Bathroom Design

The bathroom is a main part of the house. Morning activities are start from this place. We have to consider few things before we build or renovate our bathroom. Several aspects should be considered, such as size, condition, whether dry or wet, location, lighting, air circulation, and safety.
For example, Size. The size of the bathroom mainly depends on the land availability. When our homes are large, we can make a big bathroom. But if we have limited land, then the bathroom should also be adjusted. Another factor is the activities in the bathroom. The bathroom may have larger size if you use it for dressing up or you like to soak in.
Dry or wet, bathroom with dry floor would look cleaner. However, the wet floor still preferred because of Indonesian people’s bathing habit. You could also combine dry and wet. The important thing is there should be a separator in order not to dampen the dry floor. For example, by using a fiberglass separator or the wet floor is made lower than the dry one and separate with plastic curtain.
Placement, the objects placement in the bathroom should be well organized. For example, the sink is placed at the front so we don’t have to go inside the bathroom to wash hands or the closet should not be placed at wet floor area.
